I am obsessed with polka dots...i.e. my baby girl's room has them painted on her wall! I LOVE this cake and need to remember this when her one year B-day rolls around!!! I love your blog!!
That one girl - my guess is the dots are made of fondant. I can't say for certain because I didn't make the cake, but that's what I would do.
Wow...seemingly simple...but am guessing they would be difficult to line up. Beautiful though.
